Setting Up

I am currently setting up Immersive Mechatronics as a limited liability company. Paperwork will be filed in December and the Effective date will be January 1st, 2025.

For anyone involved in the set up who is curious about what I plan on doing, I will be make videos about open source hardware, mainly in the fields of VR trackers and animatronics.

There's currently a bit of a chicken and the egg type problem where I would like to have videos already posted about the projects I'm working on, however I also want to get the business created to legally prevent anyone else from using the name, and posting videos all over would probably cause someone else to take it first. I'm just going to try and start the business up as quickly as possible so I can start making videos next year.
